Last day at the office!

It is my last day at work.  Everyone is very encouraging and I am moved by the outpouring of goodwill.  More than a few people have confided in me their own dreams of taking a similar trip or other daring leap into the unknown.  It is good to have a moment to reflect how short life is and we only get one shot at it.  On our death bed, none of us will look back on our lives and wish we spent more time in the office....  Someone remind me of this if I ever have a moment of crisis and wonder, "What have I done?!!!"  But no moment of crisis yet.  It all feels very, very right.  The next step is happy hour at 5 pm at Shutters in Santa Monica!
